A New Frontier

I've been kicking around the idea of creating a blog for quite some time. I fought against it for months thinking it would be just "one more thing" on my plate. But, if you can believe this, I made it a matter of prayer and the exact same day I had 2 confirmations that what I wanted to do would be of some use and benefit. I don't know how. I dont' know why. I just know I could not ignore the affirmation. So here I am. I initially thought of this as a new "project" and a "new frontier to embark on," but in reality I've always written my thoughts and family's growth down in my private journals. So I'm not really doing anything new, I'm just making the leap of taking it public, sharing my family, my personal thoughts and testimony with family and friends, even though most of you over the years have always been recipients of family newsletters and digital photo albums. I already know I will not be a faithful, daily blogger like some sites. I would be on here for hours rambling and rambling!! I will just start with the premise that I will do the best I can when I have a burning desire to share something funny, serious or absolutely normal and mundane in the course of our family life. Here's to an old idea on a new frontier!
